The Who-ville Annual Christmas House Decorating Contest was held for the first time last year to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the Grinch stealing Christmas. Let this year be better than the last.

Sign-ups for this year's competition will open on Thanksgving Day. Open to all adults and all children who have their parents' permsision. The First Place winner gets a lifetime supply of Mr. Wormowinkle's Exceptional Hot Chocolate Mix.

Rules:

• Contestants cannot give anything free to the judges.
• Contestants get 10 total days to work on their house. It is up to each contestant to keep track of their own remaining time.
• NO CHEATING, NO EXCEPTIONS!
